By purchasing a subscription with Paper Camellia, the customer agrees to have their credit card charged monthly for the purchase price plus shipping and handling. Subscription charges will occur on the last day of the month and automatic recurring charges will continue until Paper Camellia is notified to discontinue the subscription. To discontinue the subscription, customers must notify us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with "Cancel Sub" in the subject line. If the request to cancel subscription is received on or before the 20th of the month, the subscription will be cancelled immediately. If the request for cancelation is received after the 20th, the next month's kit will be charged and shipped and then the subscription cancelled.
At Paper Camellia we take our customer's privacy very seriously. Paper Camellia does not rent, sell or exchange any information about our customers. Paper Camellia uses address, email and contact information provided by our customers when placing an order to provide service to that order. At our check out page, costumers have the option to op-in to our mailing list, and receive emails with special offers, company news, and product updates. Costumers may also op-in to our mailing list on our website or by creating an account. Creating an account with Paper Camellia facilitates the order process and provides our customers with access to subscriber-only previews and incentives and does not involve any payment information.
Paper Camellia does not collect or store any credit card or payment information. Transactions on this site are protected with SSL secured encryption. Payment transactions are conducted through Shopify Payments/ Stripe and are securely protected on Stripe's PCI Level 1 certified servers. We also accept Paypal as a payment option, Paypal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.
If at any time our customers want to unsubscribe from our mailing list, they may do so by following the simple unsubscribe directions at the bottom of our emails. Or you may contact us through our contact page to request to be removed from the mailing list.
All sales are final. We show all contents of our kits on the kit product page on our website. Sneak peaks do not show the kits in full, so please review the individual product pages for the kits where you will find multiple detailed pictures of the kits. We also list all kit contents in detail and by manufacturer. Please review these carefully before purchasing as all sales are final.
Damaged Product Policy
We try to pack our kits with great care. But should a kit arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days at email@example.com. Please put "damaged kit" in the subject line and we will arrange to get the damaged kit returned and replace it with a new one. If a kit is no longer available we will ship you next month's kit at no cost.
