Hi Paper Camellia fans,
Sandrine here today with my last post for this week. It's already mid november, time flies. Have you progressed in the creation of your december album? Let's have a look in others foundation pages from my album.
I'm hurry to add pictures in the white pockets.
This golden 4x6 card with snowflakes is so gorgeous.
I used a punch and cut three different patterned papers. Then I glued them on a transparent sheet and do the same on the other side. I like to have transparency in my album, it's funny to see and imagine the next page.
Have a good week-end and let's meet again in a few days.
Hello lovely Paper Camellia friends,
Sandrine here today sharing some more foundation pages from my December Days album.
As you can see, I leave many cards without embellishments because I want to add many pictures and journaling. It was sometimes difficult, everything is really beautiful in the kit and I wanted to use everything at once.
You can not see it easily on the picture but the "December" word is on a transparent sheet as a divider. I added the tiny stars stickers too.
With a twelve 2x2 page protector I created a Christmas tree : I cut several squares of patterned papers to form a triangle. To finish I slipped a painted gold star in the top pocket.
If you just start playing around, I hope you will have as much fun as me to use your December Days kit.
Hi Paper Camellia friends,
I'm very happy because it seems that you liked the December Days Kit, it is already sold out. That's right it is really amazing and it is filled with beautiful bits and pieces.
Have you started thinking about your December album? If this is not the case here are new foundations pages.
A very simple double page : a lot of green and a Christmas tree created with a number tag, patterned paper and a little wood star.
This tiny Santa Claus sticker takes my heart, I simply glued it on vellum and then on a red card.
Have you noticed the little Christmas tree in the bottom right? I created it with three gold chevron from the My Mind's Eye stickers sheet and add an acrylic star on the top.
One of my favorite page : a soft color combo with touch of gold.
Happy crafting with your December Days kit!
Hi, It’s Veera here today to show you my last layout with October kits. In this layout I wanted to use a bit lighter colors.
This layout is put together mainly using just embellishments. The stickers and chipboards from the embellishment add-on kit were perfect and helped to pull this layout together in less than 15 minutes.
The topic of this layout is a DIY camera strap I made myself. The camera sticker from Dear Lizzy was a perfect embellishment for this layout.
I hope you liked my layouts this month!
Hello, it’s Veera here today to show you a layout I made with October main scrapbook kit and embellishment add-on. I really loved My Mind’s Eye’s colorful pattern paper so I definitely wanted to use that on one of my layouts. As the pattern is so bold I wanted to balance that with white background.
The design of this layout includes two triangles: One from pattern paper and one from embellishments and picture. Together these create an interesting design.
One of the main embellishments on this layout is a heart I cut from the pattern paper. That paper is so versatile: you can cut so many interesting shapes from it!
Have you got your kits already?
Hello everyone! I have a minimal 8 1/2 by 11 layout for you.
From the second I opened this kit I knew I was going to need to use it as a full background. I didn't want to take away from the paper too much so I just made a nice minimally scrapped page. This is actually one of my favorite ways to create pages.
I loved the alphas that came with the main scrapbook kit this time as well. That larger scripty word set is so fun. It was fun to put it on the page in a little bit up a scrunched up shape. Almost as though it was hand written.
With all the different colors and patterns I had going on I wanted to keep the photo from getting lost on the page. The original photo had all different shades of pink with that blown out background. It sort of blended into the pinks and the green vellum. Making it black and white helped it to pop. Adding a white and gold frame draws your eye right to it.
Thank you for stopping by to have a look! Have a lovely day!
