Are you all in love with the March kits like I am? Seriously! Every piece from these kits just called to me. They are absolute perfection.
Now, I had never really thought to do an album about me till now. I have seen these beautiful albums where amazing women have put together albums all about the things they love, see, do and feel. Right now seems to be the perfect time for me to pour my heart into this kind of project. You see, life is a bit upside down in our household right now. In truth, I am tired, stressed and a little bit worn out. A large move across the country plus the knowledge that everything is going to change has me feeling a little less, well, me. This pretty album was just the right ticket to remind me that I am who I am, no matter what is going on in my life. So here you are. Ready to have a look at who I am? what and who I love?
Today I am going to share the cover, first page and first spread.
products used: Papers from the main kit, bits from the March add-on, pieces of the embellishment add-on
Tune in next time for another spread or two all about my love for coffee and silly selfies. (ok, so I don't like selfies but I think my kids will appreciate them. So I suffer. *hehe)
Hi everyone! Ria on the blog today with a real treat. Our own Becki Adams has created an adorable mini book using our "Boy Oh Boy" Add-On kit. Perfect for documenting your little one's adventures.
Becki used the painted wood veneer pieces from Crate Paper as a key element on the cover and throughout out the mini book.
Layers of pattern papers and embellishments make these pages fun and easy.
The cork stars very full sticker sheet make embellishing the pages a snap.
We hope you have enjoyed this fun project from Becki. We still have a few of the "Boy Oh Boy" Add-on kits available. So go HERE if you want to get yours.
Hi Paper Camellia fans, Amy here to share with you a mini album I made using the fabulous March kits. I must admit, I usually stick to layouts or cards, but the fun colors and all the wonderful embellishments in the kit made this mini super easy to make. I had a Maya Road Tag Album just waiting to be used, so that's what I used for the album and the rest of the products are from the March kits.
Here's the album:
As you can see, this album is just about some of my favorite things about my sweet family. I did a page for each person.
As you can see, I used some cut files from the Silhouette Store to decorate the page opposite each person's photo. I love how this turned out, and am excited to do more mini albums in the future.
Thanks for dropping by the blog!
On the blog today we have a fun chipboard mini book by Becki Adams. Becki used our December Days kit to create this fun and easy project.
Multiple pieces of the Pink Paislee ephemera pack and gold accents set the tone for the front cover.
More pattern layering and a mix of the embellishments, and a confetti pocket.
Gold accents! The washi tape adds a touch of gold anywhere and the gold glitter letters look great against the chalk paper.
Tags, stars, enamel dots and more gold mix to create more layers and texture.
The Basic Grey Capture Snippets book in the kit offers so many options for journaling and photo mattes. And the Jillibean wise words are always so versatile.
I just love how Becki used the gold glitter letters on the red background. And the chalk paper and white marker make all the reds pop!
And everyones favorite element from this kit..."the gold reindeer" makes an appearance on this fun page celebrating another holiday favorite...the holiday movie marathon!
Thank you for stopping by the blog today. We hope you are inspired to grab a kit and make a lovely holiday mini book of your own.
