Hello, It’s Veera here today. I would describe my style of scrapbooking quite girly. I always tend to use the girly embellishments like flowers and hearts. This time I wanted to focus more on geometric shapes. The triangle chipboards that were included in the embellishment add-on this month made this really easy!
The triangles are the main embellishment in this layout. I created a big cluster to the top left corner. To balance it, I add some triangels to the bottom right corner too to bring dimension to the triangle paper from Pebbles.
Okay, I admit, I had to add two hearts too!
What are your go-to embellishments?
Back with you again today to share my last layout for the month. Mary-Ann here, I have stretched this kit as far as I can. I have used almost every bit and piece I possible could. I would love everything in multiples of 10! I am excited to share this layout with you using only the Main Scrapbooking kit. It is my big boy Leroy. But we call him La-Roy. He is absolutely beautiful, slinky and absolutely mischievous. We adore him and all that he brings to our home. For this layout, I kept everything to the left of my layout. Well, all but a small strip of paper and small embellies to balance the right side. Here is my layout.
Enjoy your day.
If you're looking for a quick way to get pages done, designing on a grid is where it's at. Just choose whatever shapes and sizes you want and think about the grid placement. I put mine off to the side to switch things up a bit (I tend to go for a more centered look, typically.) . Pair printed Instagrams with cut up patterned paper squares and you have your self a layout!
Well, almost. You may want to add a title, journaling, and some embellishments. Then, bam! Done!
Try it! You may be surprised at how easily these projects come together... and then you just may enjoy living on the grid for awhile!
Happy Wednesday! How much are you LOVING this I AM line? I love that the kits coordinate so well together. Kind of takes the guesswork out of the process!
Normally, I start the foundation of my work on textured white cardstock, but I decided to go with black for this one. I LOVE how it turned out. It's unexpected, but the gold elements really come to the forefront!
I decided I wanted all the little bits in the kit on the layout somewhere and after I clustered
I hope you had fast fingers and were able to get your hands on this kit.
Be ready, April's kit is right around the corner!
Hi Paper Camellia friends. Sandrine here today to share a bright spread made with the March Everyday Life Kit. What is fun with this kit is that you can do different styles, either soft and pastel layouts or bright ones.
I created this spread for Zoé's birthday. She turned 7 last month so I tried to make it joyful. I chose the stuff with yellow ang gold touch.
I cutted a frame to create a new embellishment on two cards.
How beautiful is this feather!
Love these tiny tabs.
Have a great day.
Hi guys, it's Mary-Ann! Sharing a layout I created using both the Paper Camellia Main kit and Add-on for this layout. Cutting the gold foil paper from My Mind's Eye, seemed like a crime so I left most of that clean and uncluttered. I thought of circling some of the words but if I did, then didn't like it, what would I do? lol. So I left it alone and and satisfied with the outcome. I hope it inspires you. Lets take a look.
Be sure to stop by daily for more design team inspiration. See you again really soon.
